Step 1: Pave a Road

Vacant land is a blank slate and designing a road was the first step in construction.

Joshua trees are legally protected, but the rest of the Mojave desert’s native flora and fauna are not. The road that goes through the property was designed on site to minimize plant disturbance. The road curves around creosote, cactus, and shrubs.
